Photography
Back in 1987, I took my last college art class—photography.
My best friend said I could borrow his Nikon, allowing me to take a class that had always intrigued me. Intrigue quickly turned to obsession. Even though it was my senior spring semester, I found myself in the darkroom or out taking pictures instead of at those last blast parties. But then college ended, and my access to a camera and a darkroom also came to a close. So today, I’m a hobbyist with an outdated digital camera and an iPhone. But my eyes still sees the world through a camera lens, where I tend to make the minuscule observable and big things humongous.
